Damaged or Defective Seats

Bemis Manufacturing Company stands behind all our products. If your seat is damaged in any way please call our Consumer Care Center for assistance in repairing or replacing your seat.

Returns of Seats

Bemis will happily accept the return of your seat for any reason within 30 days of purchase and will provide a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping.  Bemis will not cover the cost of return shipping.  We recommend selecting a return delivery method that includes shipment tracking or delivery confirmation, as we will not be responsible for lost or destroyed shipments.  Once your return is received by Bemis, please allow five to ten days for the refund to be applied to your credit card.  Returned seats are recycled and not re-sold. 

Bemis does not offer exchanges at this time.  If you would like a different seat, please return your seat according to the return process below and order a new seat using

  1. Print the return Label PDF  Get Return Label PDF
    (if you do not have access to a printer please return your seat with the information below included.)
  2. Fill in your Order Number – provided on your purchase confirmation and in shipping documents
  3. Fill in your return address
  4. Please send an email to indicating you are returning a seat
  5. Ship the seat back to Bemis  - recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking or delivery notification
  6. Bemis will issue credit of the purchase price of the seat only 5 – 10 days from receipt of the seat
